Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee daily hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle any escalated issues promptly.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reports.

Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.

Monitor occupancy rates, revenues, and expenses to optimize profitability.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to boost visibility and bookings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Cloudbeds, or similar).

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

Experience in boutique or luxury hotel settings.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Knowledge of local tourism and event planning.
