Description

Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, Sales)
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement service improvements
Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive occupancy, revenue, and market share
Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
Recruit, train, and develop leadership teams; mentor department heads
Oversee facilities management, capital projects, and preventive maintenance
