Position: Hotel Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a warm and welcoming Hotel Receptionist to be the face of our establishment. The successful candidate will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide information, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and ensure payment processing is handled correctly.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using booking systems and basic computer applications.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
