Key Responsibilities:

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Maintain cleanliness and order in guest areas, rooms, and common spaces.

Assist in food & beverage service, housekeeping, and front desk operations as required.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.

Ensure compliance with hotel safety and hygiene standards.

Cooperate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
