Description

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Staff to join our hospitality team. Candidates should be professional, well-presented, and able to deliver excellent service to guests in a fast-paced environment. Various positions may include housekeeping, room service, front desk support, and general hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and hotel areas.

Support housekeeping duties such as cleaning, linen changing, and restocking supplies.

Provide room service and assist with food delivery when needed.

Ensure guest needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist in lobby maintenance and guest area organization.

Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Coordinate with hotel management and other staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work in shifts and handle busy environments.

Must be inside the UAE and ready to join immediately.
