Job Summary:
A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, or private residences. The role involves routine cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for guests or residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning Duties:
Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces

Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors

Dust and wipe down surfaces, windows, and mirrors

2. Laundry & Linen Care:
Change bed linens and towels

Collect, wash, fold, and store laundry properly

Ensure linen closets and supply carts are stocked

3. Organization & Maintenance:
Replenish toiletries and cleaning supplies in guest rooms

Report maintenance issues or damages to management

Follow cleaning checklists and schedules

4. Safety & Hygiene Compliance:
Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions

Follow company health and safety policies

Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty
