Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our residents/guests. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are upheld.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks according to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility/house.
Make beds, change linens, and ensure fresh towels are provided regularly.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.
Provide assistance to residents/guests as needed in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
Willingness to undergo background checks or screenings as part of the hiring process.
