Description

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and assigned facilities. The role ensures that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and public areas according to established standards.

Replace linens, towels, and room amenities as required.

Replenish cleaning supplies and report low inventory levels.

Handle and report lost and found items promptly.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor polisher, etc.) safely and efficiently.

Follow proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.

Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Maintain a polite and professional attitude with guests, staff, and visitors.

Support deep-cleaning or special cleaning projects when required.
