Job Position: Housekeeping Staff

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aides to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens and towels, and replenish room supplies such as toiletries, beverages, and other amenities.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all areas of the guest rooms and corridors.
Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance department.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and stored safely.
Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
Respond to guest requests for additional services or items promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and uniforms.
Ensure that lost and found items are properly recorded and stored.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Aide or in a similar role in a hotel setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in housekeeping is a plus.
