Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas to a high standard.
Ensure all rooms are properly sanitized and stocked with necessary amenities.
Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly.
Follow health and safety protocols.
Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests’ satisfaction with cleanliness.
Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus.
Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate in basic English (additional languages are a plus).
