Job duties:

Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high cleaning standards

Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance

Organize daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks to the team

Train and guide housekeeping staff as needed

Handle guest or client requests related to housekeeping

Report any issues or damages to management

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Support the team and work closely with other departments

Requirements:

Experience in housekeeping or supervision is preferred

Good communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Detail-oriented and organized

Ready to join immediately

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
