We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.

Manage schedules, assignments, and attendance of housekeeping team.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.

Address and resolve any guest or staff complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
