Description

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure all rooms, restrooms, and public areas are neat, sanitized, and well-presented. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all assigned areas
Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Refill cleaning supplies and ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of cleaning carts, storage areas, and equipment
Assist with laundry duties if required
Provide courteous customer service to guests, residents, or staff

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move items as required
Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene
Good time management skills
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage practices

Working Conditions:
Physically demanding work; involves bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
May require shift work, weekends, and public holidays depending on facility needs
Work environment may include hotels, hospitals, offices, or residential buildings
