About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for HR, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts and reports.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and events.
Process payroll, attendance, and leave records as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
Knowledge of HR procedures and labor regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
