We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks, employee documentation, and recruitment activities to ensure smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and memos.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing staff training, performance reviews, and company events.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
