Job Description:

Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. As an HR Assistant, you will be involved in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job history, and attendance.
Assist with payroll processing and ensuring timely submission of employee timesheets.
Support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
