About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This position involves assisting with various HR functions, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help process payroll and benefits administration.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal  communication abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
