Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR tasks, including filing and documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Support recruitment activities like CV screening and interview scheduling
Help with onboarding and offboarding procedures
Prepare HR-related reports and letters as needed
Respond to employee queries in a professional manner
Coordinate with different departments on HR matters
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR policies and practices
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Previous HR experience is a plus
