A reputable organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
 Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
 Oversee performance management and training programs
 Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
 Handle conflict resolution and drive employee engagement

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
 Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience (at least 2 in a managerial role)
 Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office
