In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and prior experience in an HR role. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
