Description

We are looking for energetic and hardworking Hypermarket Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the smooth functioning of the hypermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in locating and purchasing products.

Handle cash register operations, billing, and transactions (if required).

Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are organized.

Check product quality, expiry dates, and maintain cleanliness in assigned sections.

Assist in inventory management and reporting stock shortages.

Provide support in loading/unloading and replenishing goods.

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers and team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail/hypermarket preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.

Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
