Description

We are looking for hardworking and customer-focused Hypermarket Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and overall shopping experience

Arrange, stock, and replenish items on shelves

Ensure store cleanliness, orderliness, and proper product display

Support cashier counters when needed and manage customer queues

Perform inventory checks and report low-stock items

Handle loading/unloading and assist in the storage area

Follow company safety, hygiene, and customer service standards

Assist in daily store operations assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Previous retail or hypermarket experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic knowledge of handling stock and store operations

Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts

Physically fit and able to assist in lifting items

Must be currently inside UAE
