Description

We are hiring an Inventory Controller, who is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all perfume stock—including finished goods, raw materials, packaging items, and promotional materials—to ensure accurate inventory levels and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management

Monitor daily stock levels of perfumes, testers, packaging, and accessories.

Update stock movements (inbound, outbound, returns, adjustments) in ERP/WMS.

Conduct periodic cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock audits.

Reconcile physical stock vs. system stock and identify discrepancies.

Maintain batch records, expiry dates, and item codes.
