About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy IT Support professional to assist with troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth technology operations. If you have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy helping others with technical issues, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Maintain system security and data protection protocols.
Assist with setting up and managing user accounts and access control.
Support remote and on-site employees with IT needs.
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
Basic understanding of networking, servers, and cloud services.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified (a plus).
Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support if required.
