We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems and networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. Additional duties include installing and configuring computer systems, managing user accounts, and supporting data backups and security protocols. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and networking. A degree or certification in IT and previous experience in a similar role are preferred.
