Description

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, printers, and networks.
Maintain IT equipment and ensure all systems operate efficiently.
Monitor system performance and respond to outages or security incidents.
Document technical issues and solutions in a support ticketing system.
Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
Support remote users and resolve connectivity issues.
Assist with regular system updates, backups, and IT inventory management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an IT support role.
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and networking basics.
Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, firewalls, and antivirus tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous.
