WE ARE HIRING: IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Troubleshoot system errors and connectivity problems
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and security
Assist in setting up new devices and user accounts
Document technical issues and solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and networking
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and remote support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
