Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain our IT systems in the Dubai office. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support users, and ensure smooth daily operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Troubleshoot network, email, and system access issues.
Support remote and on-site employees with IT needs.
Set up user accounts, manage access, and maintain backups.
Ensure all systems meet IT policies, security, and compliance requirements.
Document support cases and track issues in the helpdesk system.
Coordinate with external vendors when necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, MS Office, networking, and VPNs.
Familiarity with Active Directory, printers, and antivirus software.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
