Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain IT systems across our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to ensure seamless technology use within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and email systems.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
Document support issues and solutions using ticketing systems.
Assist with regular maintenance, backups, and updates.
Ensure IT security policies and procedures are followed.
Coordinate with external vendors when required for repairs or services.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and support both onsite and remote users.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
