Description

We are hiring IT Support Staff for a growing company in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
– Install and configure computer systems and applications
– Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
– Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary
– Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory

Requirements:
– Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience with Windows, MS Office, printers, and basic networking
– Degree/Diploma in IT or related field preferred
