A Junior Accountant with Data Entry skills is needed to expand our team. You will be able to assist with our financial operations in this capacity and obtain useful expertise in data entry and accounting. Duties:
Help with the budgetary, reporting, and financial statement preparation.
Complete data entry jobs for payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, among other things.
Verify and reconcile transactions to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Aid in the closing procedures for the month and the year.
Assist the senior accountant with a range of accounting duties and projects.
To collect and evaluate financial data, work with cross-functional teams.
Respect corporate policies and procedures and preserve the privacy of financial information.
To guarantee compliance, stay current on rules and developments in the industry.

Experience, Education, and Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
One to two years of data entry or accounting experience.
Knowledgeable about data entry applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong precision and attention to detail.
Exceptional time-management and organizing abilities.
Capacity to operate both individually and together.
Familiarity with accounting methods and principles.
Accounting experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
