We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant cum Data Entry to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in accounting and finance while contributing to the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and promptly.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
Perform general data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records.
Assist with audits and other financial examinations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing a degree).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
