Description

We are hiring a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as cutting, chopping, and marinating

Help in setting up the kitchen before service

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure all items are properly sanitized

Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Support the cooking staff during busy hours

Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness

Perform any other duties assigned by the chef or supervisor

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Team player with a positive attitude

Must be currently inside UAE
