Description

We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team . The Lifeguard will ensure the safety of all pool or beach patrons, provide excellent customer service, and enforce facility rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the pool or beach area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all patrons.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid and CPR as needed.
Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area and surrounding facilities.
Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting patrons.
Attend regular training sessions and staff meetings.
Keep accurate records of incidents, rescues, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross, YMCA).
CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
