Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage daily logistics and transportation operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, coordinate with vendors and drivers, and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations
Manage transportation schedules, fleet tracking, and routing efficiency
Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams
Ensure compliance with UAE customs and transportation regulations
Maintain accurate shipping documentation and inventory records
Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement logistics solutions
Handle customer complaints and resolve shipment delays professionally
Train and supervise logistics staff and drivers
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for smooth operations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience in the UAE
Experience with WMS/ERP logistics systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of UAE transportation laws and customs clearance procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
UAE driving license (preferred)
