Logisitics Coordinator Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the smooth flow of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will coordinate logistics operations, ensure timely deliveries, and handle all documentation and communication related to shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (local and international)
Arrange transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules
Track and report on the status of shipments and inventory
Handle all shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms, etc.)
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with UAE customs and international shipping regulations
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, ERP)
Strong knowledge of UAE import/export procedures and documentation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
