Position Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supply chain. You will be responsible for scheduling shipments, tracking inventory, resolving transportation issues, and communicating with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation routes.

Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

Track and monitor the status of shipments and update systems accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.

Handle shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently.

Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to align logistics operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Identify areas for process improvement and support cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportation.

Strong knowledge of logistics software (TMS, WMS, or ERP systems).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
