We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement, storage, and delivery of goods while ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Arrange transportation and track shipments
Ensure all orders are processed according to customer requirements
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and clients
Prepare and process shipping documents and invoices
Handle any delivery or transportation issues promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
