Position: Logistic Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Oversee the shipment and delivery of goods to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and inventory reports.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to address any issues or concerns.
Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant parties.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Assist in resolving any logistics-related problems or delays.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work various shifts and handle emergency logistics situations.
