About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee the transportation, distribution, and storage of goods. If you have strong problem-solving skills and experience in supply chain management, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and warehouse teams.
Track and update shipment status, resolving any delays or issues.
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are managed efficiently.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and compliance paperwork.
Optimize transportation costs and routes to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Support the logistics team with day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
