We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support the logistics and supply chain operations of our shipping company.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating logistics and transportation activities
Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients or branches
Prepare shipping documents like invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes
Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport companies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in logistics/supply chain is a plus
Previous experience in logistics or warehouse support preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
