About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth movement of goods, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipments and deliveries.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure efficient logistics processes.
Plan and track shipments using appropriate logistics software.
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations is an advantage.
