Department: Inventory / Logistics
Reports To: Inventory Manager / Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day operations of the store or warehouse by receiving, storing, and issuing goods, while maintaining proper records and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access and control.
Issue goods and materials based on authorized requests.
Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing when supplies are low.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements using manual or digital systems.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
