Description

We are seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator to manage and monitor all logistics operations including shipping, transportation, and inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track shipments locally and internationally

Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse teams

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments

Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork

Resolve delivery or shipment issues in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations

Work closely with internal departments to meet delivery schedules

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Knowledge of logistics software and MS Office

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
