 Job Vacancy: Logistics Co-ordinator

Experience Required: Less than 1 years in logistics or supply chain

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Manage shipment documentation (invoices, BL, delivery notes, etc.)
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients
Track shipments and update delivery schedules
Ensure customs clearance processes are followed
Handle import/export procedures and documentation
Maintain accurate records in logistics software

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
Knowledge of shipping procedures, incoterms, and customs regulations
Proficient in MS Office; ERP/WMS systems knowledge is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
