We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.

Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping schedules.

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff for smooth operations.

Track and update shipment status and ensure timely delivery to clients.

Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and shipment-related reports.

Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in ERP or Excel.

Manage logistics costs, shipping charges, and freight coordination.

Support warehouse operations including stock control and order management.

Communicate effectively with the procurement and sales departments.

Ensure compliance with UAE logistics and transport regulations.
