Position: Logistic Co-ordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistic Coordinator to oversee and streamline our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination of  shipments, inventory, and transportation, contributing to the smooth functioning of the logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipments and deliveries.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Maintain and update records of logistics activities, including shipping schedules and invoices.
Oversee inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet demand.
Plan and track shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide solutions to avoid delays.
Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.

Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, TMS) and MS Office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and shipping processes.
