Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from warehouse to customer

Schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery of products

Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics

Prepare accurate shipping documentation, such as bills of lading and customs forms

Maintain inventory records and track shipments using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS)

Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or misrouted shipments

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations

Support process improvements in logistics and supply chain efficiency

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
