Job Opportunity: Logistics Co-ordinator

* Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to schedule shipments and track deliveries.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
Resolve any logistical issues or delays, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Track and analyze logistics performance metrics, preparing reports for management review.
Implement and maintain safety and quality control standards in logistics operations.
Collaborate with the procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to streamline logistics processes.

* Requirements:

Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar logistics management role.
Strong knowledge of logistics software, supply chain management, and inventory control.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
