Description

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor who will perform the following duties
• Oversee Daily Operations:
Manage day-to-day logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries, managing warehouse operations, and optimizing order fulfillment,
• Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including setting schedules, assigning workloads, and coaching employees to improve performance,
• Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels, adjust ordering and storage accordingly, and ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions,
• Supply Chain Coordination:
Work with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods, troubleshoot delivery issues, and improve efficiency,
• Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment,
• Reporting and Analysis:
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
